19h January - Research Folder
- Analysis of three similar texts (Radio Dramas; i.e. Silver Street on BBC Asian Network)
- A initial mind map of ideas constructed based on Radio Drama. (In detail and consists of four ideas)
- Brainstorm of my chosen idea covered in depth (Target Audience, Genre, Theme, Characters and Sound Effects within Radio Drama)
- Notes on Codes and Conventions (Sound effects used to portray realistic atmosphere)
- Detailed notes on Industry + Images of various Radio Stations. (BBC)
2oth January - Schedule
- Note down the schedule of our production of our Radio Drama (I.e. When will we record sound effects, voices and the character list)
22nd January - Sound Effects
- Start recording sound effects (I.e. Sound of someone on the phone and someone shutting the door)
26th January - Edit Sound
- As a group, we will edit the speech and tones of our voices to make all one the same level and will edit our radio drama on Garage band (Test how it sounds)
30th January - Radio Drama Production (Testing)
- Start recording the speech and dialogue according to script (Must concentrate on tone of voice according to chosen character and personality carefully)
5th February - Radio Drama Production
- Start recording the speech and dialogue according to script (Must concentrate on tone of voice according to chosen character and personality carefully)
10th February - Final Testing
- We will test our Radio Drama and note for any mistakes and make alterations in terms of dialogue (Final Testing)
20th February - Alteration
- We will make the extra adjustments to our Radio drama to ensure that its perfect and it attracts our target audience.
7th March - Practical Production Piece
- The deadline to hand in our Radio Drama (Final Draft)
10th March - Evaluation Report
- I will work on my Evaluation Report as it is worth 40 marks, the same amount of marks Worth for our practical production piece (It must also consists of 1200 - 1600 words)
14th March - Evaluation Report (Deadline)
- The deadline for the evaluation report is due in this date.
