Sound Effects Database
This week, as a group, we started to record the sound effects for our radio drama from the Internet on the sound effects database. Instead of YouTube, we have decided to record our sound effects from the sound effects database to make our radio drama sound more accurate and professional. Here is the link we used to receive simple sound effects such as; birds chirping, sounds of traffic to portray a loud environment and the sound of the door slamming shut. http://www.findsounds.com/ We started to record our sound effects on the 22nd o January, we decided to record the sound effects first, so afterwards we could start recording our actual script and then edit our speech with the sound effects from the radio sound effects database. After transforming all the sounds from the database from the audio recorder given to us to the laptop onto garage band, we will then edit these sound effects on garage band and will then start to record our script for our radio drama. Basically, this week we have started to look at the sound affects database and have managed to record it onto the audio recorder.
